Meeting notes from 11/6/05

Here's a little update on what's going on:

Hunger Banquet
1) We're marketing this to our RA friends- it'd be a great floor program and relatively inexpensive, too!
2) People can also sign up during tabling throughout the week, but we only have 75 spots so sign up fast!
3) You can also sign up by posting a message here saying you want to get involved.
4) What is it? We can't tell you, except for that it's a really amazing experience and if you have a free dinner time on Saturday you should get involved.

T-shirts
1) Ordered!!!
2) The design is really cool. I'll post it in another post (what the front and back look like) but it's basically white on black. Order them quickly. Again, there are limited T-shirts (only 50- gasp!) and we're charging I think 8 dollars a T-shirt.
3) If you order them now they should be available on Monday so you can wear them and show solidarity all week long.

Schedule
1) Thanks to problems reserving rooms, our schedule is still not completely set, but we promise both a movie night and a discussion panel, whatever it takes, and regardless of which one is on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
2) Circle K is still valiantly setting up the service opportunity on Friday. Again, you can sign up for that at our info desk at Mallinckrodt or post message here and we'll get you signed up. It's free-although it does require a heart.

Lay-out
1) The miraculous Min-Sun is currently working on a sign-up sheet... when that gets done you all can just post message to say what period of laying out you'd like to take and we'll edit the post to show your desires. Please sign up! This is a big part of our week!

Okay, much love!!!
